VinF Hybrid Inference: Document exported LanguageModel types

Problem Statement

We'd like to be able to point at reference docs under docs-devsite/ , but the LanguageModel types aren't included.

Solution

Add LanguageModel types to types/index.ts, and document each exported type, so they're included in generated docs.

Don't export * because there are some types that are only exported for internal use.

This change also fixes a couple docgen warnings about use of @param with out a hyphen separator.
