Typically this component is meant to be overridden with your custom logo. So, with this change, it will use the default Laravel app for any new installation as opposed to the Laravel Starter Kit

I think we'll keep it this way for now, but if you have an idea on how we can only change that in the event that they modify the APP_NAME, go ahead and submit another PR.
