add community tab and table

• for now i just put the whole table manually in this one, but we can fetch from google sheets if the permissions are set correctly - let me know if you want that
• this should just be a draft and we can change things going forward

Please update the following and then I can review again before merging:

• Make the "LinkML Community Outreach" title the same size or slightly larger than the other titles on the page
• Add a buffer space between the "Join the LinkML community for regular outreach..." sentence and the next title "Upcoming and Past Sessions"
• Reverse the order of the presenters so the oldest is at the bottom.
• only include up to August 21, 2025 in the table for now (we will update it with the other dates once we have presenters)
• Let's actually remove the recording column for now. We may add it back later, but as of this moment, we don't actually ask for permission from presenters to post them publicly, so we better leave them off.
• Center the titles of the table columns.
• Make sure all the capitalization/lack there of, is consistent for the Topics
