It scrolls WebView in horizontal direction in Java instead of Javascript and restrict WebView to scroll vertically. WebView itself doesn't provide this functionality. It actually built for the Ebook Reader in which content are load in vertical direction. To make user experience better It provides pagination that user can easily turn the page LTR or RTL to feel like reading book.
