Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
This PR hides analytic-related menu items when the analytic accounting feature is not enabled in the company settings.
Current behavior before PR:
Even when the Analytic Accounting option is disabled in the settings, analytic-related menus are still visible in the Accounting app:
Accounting -> Analytic Items
Reporting -> Analytic Report
Configuration -> Analytic Accounting
This causes confusion for users in companies that do not use analytic accounting.
