In Odoo v18+, creating a grouped payment currently generates a payment memo with the prefix BATCH/XXX.
This PR updates the memo prefix for grouped payments to use a generic PAY/XXX syntax, consistent with the new format introduced in v18 for payments without entries.
Changes:
All grouped payment memos now use PAY/XXXXX instead of BATCH/XXX
