Hi Internals,

We juste tagged and release PHP 5.5.0 RC3. It fixes some bugs against RC2
code.
You'll find details in the NEWS file.

The packages can be found at:

  http://downloads.php.net/dsp

and windows packages at

  http://windows.php.net/qa

Please test the release carefully and report any bugs.

We had bloking bugs so we had to release another RC. Expect another RC or a
stable release to be announced for June 20th.
