Normal users do not generally build PHP, but there is a chance they use
a build system for compiling special extensions, Then it would be nice
if the zips contain the pregenerated parses.
BTW: I am now running into another error, but I do not rule out it has
to do with my own setup.

The same happens under VC10, but VC9 compiles OK. However VC11 is the
preferred compiler for PHP 5.5.
Are you using Update 2 of VC11?
