I've approved your account, but as far as I understand the request..
You don't need any karma at this point, right?
With the @php.net account you have more or less full wiki karma,
bugsweb karma, and you can manage/edit/delete notes from our manual,
along with managing the event calendar (see
https://master.php.net/manage/event.php).
To manage the user contributed notes in the manual, just login on
master, and then navigate to a manual page. You'll see the editing
buttons by each comment.
For bugsweb, just login and you should be able to resolve tickets.
Note: If your wiki username was the same as your requested @php.net
username, your @php.net account details will overwrite your wiki
credentials (guess thats an "easy way" to hijack wiki identities..)
