Hey,

I'll get straight to the point:

ReflectionClass::getDefaultProperties() should have a filter
parameter, just like ReflectionClass::getProperties().

I was quite puzzled when I found out it didn't allow that and I can't
think of a reason for that limitation. Is there one or just nobody
thought about that when implementing it?
