Hello,

I got interested in contributing to PHP about 2-3 months ago. At the beginning I was reporting every
bug I found on *PHP.net website, then I started sending pull requests via GitHub (persuaded by
Hannes Magnusson).

At this moment I would like to apply for an account. I believe that it will help me to contribute
more easily and efficiently. I\'m interested in access for web-* repos, because I have no C
skills and can\'t help you with PHP itself. However, developing web infrastructure of a
project would be great.
