As said two or three times before on this thread: We still wouldn't be
GPL compatible. We'd have to replace some third party code etc. People
distributing the result together with a GPL component then also would
have to remove some extensions or such linking GPL incompatible
libraries.

If you want to use PHP with something GPL licensed ask them for some
form  of FOSS exception. Maybe they grant it, maybe they live in a
different religion than we, that happens.

Also mind that ™ is a US thing, it is meaningless in many European laws
and other countries. And about your UK link: "Damage must be in the form
of lost business or revenue" this also isn't applicable for our case.
