Refund policy
First and foremost, your business is very important to us!
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item:
- Log in to your account and go to your order history
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return and submit a return request
- We'll review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
- Sale or clearance items are final sale
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a refund, you can contact us at druzicka26@gmail.com. Please provide a full explanation for the refund. We may request a photo if the item has been damaged during delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It most cases, we will refund immediately and ask that you donate the item to a worthy cause. In other cases, we may ask that you mail the item to the following address: 7849 Browns Ford Rd, Dittmer, MO 63023 for inspection and refund will then be issued immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
