How long we keep information

• Information relating to Gift Aid claims is retained for a period of 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
• Marketing consent will remain in place until instruction is given to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
• The retention period and full details of personal information for staff members and volunteers set out in the Employee Privacy Notice.
• Personal data relating to items on loan to the museum will be retained on a permanent basis.
• Other personal data is retained for 6 months.
