World in Focus (WIF) is a Canadian registered non-profit organization founded in 2016, dedicated to spreading awareness for vision care and ensuring that everyone can have access to affordable eye care regardless of their background. Over 2.2 billion people suffer from visual impairments globally, many of which cases can be helped with proper care.

We understand that eye health is not just a medical issue, but also something that greatly impacts our quality of life. WIF is led by a passionate team of young volunteers that empower students and others within communities to take on a more proactive role in contributing to eye health awareness.

Our organization engages in fundraising events and partnerships to bring about not just awareness, but action as well. The youth have the power to leave behind a tangible impact, and we, members of WIF, do our best to ensure that they have the resources and opportunities to do so.

We are fully committed to advocating for our cause. Not only do we regularly post articles related to the importance of vision care, but we also engage with our community through various in-person events. Whether it be our Fundraising Bake Sale or our annual Coffeehouse, we do our best to ensure that the act of spreading awareness feels less of a chore and more like an enjoyable experience.
