At MyLittleFe, we create custom, made-to-order products just for you. We're committed to your satisfaction.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@mylittlefe.com within 21 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll provide a replacement or full refund—no need to return the damaged item.
Wrong or Incorrect Items
If we sent you the wrong item, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 21 days with your order number and photos.
Custom/Made-to-Order Items
Since all products are custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or color variations due to monitor settings. Please review product descriptions, size charts, and color options carefully before ordering, as all sales are final except for quality issues.
How to Report a Problem
If you receive a defective or damaged item, email us at support@mylittlefe.com with: - Your order number - Photos of the defect or issue - Brief description of the problem We'll review your claim within 1-2 business days and provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Once processed, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
