At Risen West, every hat is handcrafted with care and purpose — inspired by legacy, faith, and the western spirit that runs deep in our roots. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love what you ordered.


If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right — within the guidelines below.

 

 

 

Return Eligibility

 


To qualify for a return:

 

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom hats, distressed items, and sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

 

 

How to Start a Return

 

 

  1. Email us at risenwesthats@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.

  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can’t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

 


Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

 

 

 

Refunds & Processing

 

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for your refund to process.

 

 

 

 

Exchanges

 


Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the replacement item to ensure it’s available, and returning the original for a refund per our policy above.

 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your hat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

 

 

 

Final Sale Items

 


The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

 

  • Custom or made-to-order hats

  • Distressed or hand-finished designs

  • Sale or clearance items
