This is a follow-up to my Serpent Grotto post, where I described finding these "paper theater" images in a massive Dutch database. Someday perhaps I'll draft an exhaustive study of toy theaters, but for now I'm content to stare at the sets. The Bruce Museum has an exhibit where you can read about paper theaters and see the things put together.
