I don’t have a comprehensive reform plan up my sleeve, but I am pretty sure there’s a better alternative than dumping the elderly out on the street in front of a shelter. I mean, we don’t even think that’s OK to do to a dog.
There are two main characters who are gay but this is not a huge plot point. They just mention it in passing.

In FNV they made it two perks, one that gave you extra speech for men and another for women. Essentially allowing you to roll play as a gay or bi character of either sex.
