International Schools Scraper

Build a clean spreadsheet of international schools — fees, curriculum, and published contacts — without copying pages by hand.

This Actor reads public school profiles on international-schools-database.com and writes one row per school. Paste a shortlist, target a whole city, or export the directory.

No login. No API key. No account on the directory. Contacts are copied only when the school publishes them (on the profile or on its own website). They are never invented.

What you get by default — name, city, country, curriculum, ages, fee range when shown, website, social links, and the long Q&A answers the school published (admissions, class size, facilities, and more).

When to enable website contacts — the directory often hides email and phone behind a form. Leave the option on to copy a mailbox or phone only if it appears on the school's own site.

How to use

1. Pick a Mode: Individual (school URLs), City (listing URLs), All (directory with a cap), or Worldwide.
2. Set Max schools. Free plan: 20 per run. Paid plans: 0 = no ceiling.
3. Click Start. Download CSV, Excel, or JSON from the dataset.

Full worldwide dump: pick Worldwide, click Start. You can leave Max schools at 20. Default timeout is 4 hours. Free Apify accounts still stop at 20 rows.

Tips

FAQ

Do I need an account on the directory?
No.

Why are some emails empty?
The directory often uses a contact form instead of a public mailbox. With website scan on, we copy an address only if it appears on the school's site.

Is this official school data?
It is what each school (or the directory) chose to display. Treat fees and admissions as a starting point.
