FAQ

Do I have to set dates?

No. Leave Depart Date empty and the search is for tomorrow. Set Return Date to search a round trip instead of a one-way — Skyscanner's usual round-trip default is a week after departure, so enter that date if that is what you want. Multi-city legs without a date depart tomorrow for the first leg and 3 days after the previous leg for each next one. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD, today or later.

How do I scrape several routes in one run?

Fill in Origin and Destination for the first route and list the rest under Routes as JSON — {"origin": "JFK", "destination": "LAX"} for a one-way, add "returnDate" for a round trip, or {"legs": [...]} for a multi-city trip. Every route uses the same passengers, cabin, filters, sort and locale, and the same search listed twice is run once. Rows carry trip_type, search_origin, search_destination, search_depart_date and search_return_date so you can tell routes apart.

How many itineraries do I get per route?

The top 100 by your sort order, up to 500 with Max Itineraries per Route. The run log also reports the full settled count after filters and the cheapest direct, 1-stop and 2+-stop fares for each route.

Is the data live?

Yes. Every run searches Skyscanner live and waits until the partners have answered, so you get one settled response instead of a stream of partial ones. If a run log says a search settled with an incomplete status, raise Max Poll Seconds (up to 60).

What does it cost?

$0.001 per itinerary — $1 per 1,000, flat on every plan, with no start fee. Apify's free plan gives you $5 of credit every month, which is 5,000 itineraries free every month.

What is the booking link?

Each agent's link is Skyscanner's own deeplink to that agent's checkout for that exact itinerary at that price — the same link Skyscanner sends its visitors to when they click "Select".
