Is it my client or has this image been compressed to death?
Looks okay to me? It’s a bit over compressed but not too badly, as far as I can tell.
The Parker Jotter is a great pen, and Parker-style refills are very common, so finding new ink for it is quite easy.

“Move the dumpster a few more inches, that doesn’t look like six feet.”

There are several non-nuclear fixed-wing carriers in service worldwide. France has three other carriers that are not nuclear, though they’re helicopter-only and therefore not considered by some to be in the same category.

Did I miss the “read more” button? Is that really just 2 paragraphs long?
It appears to be paywalled. Firefox’s Reader mode bypassed it for me.
That painting should be old enough to be in the public domain.
Alt-double-click to open Properties on a file is straight out of Windows
I learned a fun new thing today.

But I was also taught that common decency is a good thing
Funny, I never saw it as a decency thing, more utilitarian. It’s a waste of effort to try to cram myself into an already occupied box (unless there are occupants staying in the box, of course).
Does https://massgrave.dev/ not work anymore?
As of about two weeks ago, it still works.

Marketing opportunity for Kim Dotcom.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the book was wrapped up in S01 wasn’t it?
It was.
Gaiman and Pratchett had started planning a sequel, but it never advanced past the early stages. Gaiman decided they couldn’t jump straight into the sequel concept in season 2 so that season is new material that bridges the gap.

What do you want from physical buttons on the phone?
I would like dedicated back/home/recent keys, like on early Android phones. The back button also functioned as a “disconnect” button for phone calls, which was nice. I still miss it.

What I wanted was a nice little ranger style truck - 2 seater, can pick up some lumber, decent sized bed, for in my garage.
The Telo truck looks like it has promise, but it’s far from mass production. I hope it lives up to its promises though, I would love to see small trucks make a comeback.

Nightfire, Everything or Nothing, and From Russia with Love are all amazing spy shooters
I have to disagree on Nightfire–that game was painful (not as painful as Rogue Agent, but still).
EON and FRWL are great though…I’d love to see updated remasters/remakes of them.

Is it licensing fees? I bet it is.
From the article:
the HDMI Forum (which manages the official specifications for HDMI standards) has officially blocked any open source implementation of HDMI 2.1. That means the open source AMD drivers used by SteamOS can’t fully implement certain features that are specific to the updated output standard.
You can experience this in comic form, at least.
