Refund policy

RETURNS 

We offer returns and exchanges on purchases that are returned within 45 days of the received date as of March 23rd 2020.  Items you wish to return for a refund must be mailed back and received by us at Banish. A refund for the product value will be processed back to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping. If purchase was made with Banish gift cards, Gift card value will not be refunded if it was issued as a free giveaway.

Products Not Eligible For Refund: 

Refunds will not be given for purchases of:

• Replacement heads for the Banisher 3.0
• Year of MIcroneedling Kit or other final sale items
• Banish starter Kit is not eligible for refunds or exchanges if purchased prior to June 24th 2024.

Details or Reason why you would like to return.

We will respond to you within 24 hours after receiving your e-mail.

If your purchase qualified for a free product, the free product must also be sent back with your entire purchase for a full refund.

If an item is missing, we will refund minus the cost of the kept items.

We will respond to your request within 24 hours after receiving your e-mail.

REFUNDS

Items you wish to return for a refund must be mailed back and received by us at Banish before we can process it.  You are responsible for return shipping.

You will be refunded for the cost of the Kit minus the shipping cost.

All unclaimed orders and orders that are sent back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have shown suspicious or fraudulent activity in their account.
