- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of colour, or wrong size chosen.
- We only accept return/exchange if:
• Item arrives damaged/defective, OR
• Baysic KL HQ sends the wrong size/item.

- After 4 days, we will not accept any return or exchange requests.
