本文记录了在Windows2008服务器上安装Oracle11gR2后遇到的监听器无法启动的问题及解决方案。通过更改监听器名称并调整主机名设置，最终成功启动监听器。

问题描述和绝决方案：

在windows2008英文企业版服务器上面安装完oracle11gR2之后，发现监听器总是启动不起来，并且新建监听器1521端口也使用不了，最后发先，默认的监听器的名称不叫LISTENER，而是LISTENER_ORCL，上面那个错误改了一下主机名，然后再hosts文件添加相应的解析后就就可以了。
