Making great products is damn hard.

For close to 20 years, I've been building software products and teams across a range of industries and company sizes. A key learning is that without intentional process and effective cross-functional communication, teams can't get breakthrough results.

By coming into Product Leadership from a Product Design background, with a strong engineering foundation, I've learned to look at challenges from different perspectives and find the best path forward.

By leading in companies of different sizes, from 2 to 100k employees, I developed the nuance to know how to approach them in different contexts.

By living in three continents and building relationships with people from very different backgrounds, I expanded a toolkit of how to engage with people of diverging world views.

How can I help?

In my coaching practice, I leverage my experience and empathy to help a small number of high-fit clients understand challenges, define strategies and execute them to ship amazing products which transform businesses.

  • Leadership coaching for Heads of Design, Heads of Product, early-stage CEOs and Senior ICs, working to make sense of their role, team and cross-functional relationships.
  • Team-level coaching for implementing an effective operating model, traversing Product, Design and Engineering. From assessment, strategy to implementation support.

My approach is inherently cross-functional, and influenced by my studies of Stoicism, in which clarity of perceptions, combined with thoughtful processing of emotions, creates space for breakthroughs. You can see some of my other influences in my bookshelf and my writing.
