lyrics
The earth gives way
And the mountains fall into the heart of the sea
Everyday feels like the end
But I know it’s not the end for me
The war beyond my door
And the calamity in my mind
I am frozen by the fear
But I know that I must try
Waking up unparalyzed
Living life with open eyes
Seeing how I’ve had enough, had enough
And now I’m waking up
I’ve been so afraid of heights
Forget that I was made to fly
Seeing how I’ve had enough, had enough
And now I’m waking up, waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
Unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
It’s all a dream, the in between, bent and broke like figurines
Busted seams, twisted schemes
The silent screams of a mezzanine
All my life, all this noise, on my knees & paranoid
All this time, not know why
I’ve been dreaming of
Waking up unparalyzed
Living life with open eyes
Seeing how I’ve had enough, had enough
And now I’m waking up
I’ve been so afraid of heights
Forget that I was made to fly
Seeing how I’ve had enough, had enough
And now I’m waking up, waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
Living life with open eyes
Seeing how I’ve had enough, had enough
And now I’m waking up
I’ve been so afraid of heights
Forget that I was made to fly
Seeing how I’ve had enough, had enough
And now I’m waking up, waking up
All my life, all this noise, on my knees & paranoid
All this time, not know why
And now I’m waking up, waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed
Waking up unparalyzed

Awesome work, I can't even pick a song that I do NOT like. "Why Keep Heaven Waiting" sounds so sincere that I even wonder if Jonathan was alright at the time of recording xD "Witch Hunter" (with amazing chorus, including lyrics!), "God of Greed", "Army of the Damned", "Children of Night" are all my favorite. Jonathan's originals rock, I love them even more than the covers! goodalex
With constant intensity and bookended by two deaths, this is a searing, galvanizing final transmission from the post-hardcore band. Bandcamp Album of the Day Nov 5, 2024
Lean, sculpted noise pop with snotty punk vocals, stacked shoegaze guitars, and for even more textural pizzaz, synapse-frying synths. Bandcamp New & Notable May 29, 2025
