Notes on Refund and Returning Goods
商品の返品および交換は承っておりません。
ただし、商品の欠陥（珊瑚や天然石に入っている自然のヒビは除く）や不良など弊社原因による場合には返品・交換をお受けします。又、商品の色が画像と違ったという理由での交換、返品はお受け致しません。
商品到着後1週間以内にチャット又はメールにてお知らせください。
良品との交換をご希望されない場合、もしくは交換品がご用意できない場合は、お支払方法に関らず、ご指定の口座に返金いたします。
また、当該商品の返送および再送に要する送料等につきましても弊社が負担いたします。
