Eliminating unneeded email notifications about users joining Jira

Hi, 

I am a Site administrator in Jira. There are several sites of Jira I am admin on and recently I began to receive notification emailvevery time a new user has joined any of the Atlassian products on any of the sites. I don't need this email notification.

How is it possible to remove such notifications?

Check the App access settings and check which apps permission are granted per domein. Check if the require admin approval checkbox is set
