about

The Earth is revolving around the Sun. One creature on that planet claims that nothing on the Earth exists. He claims that the Earth does not exist. He views reality through the prism of the subatomic. Nothing can stay the same from one moment to the next, therefore nothing can exist. He is blowing apart a human vision that began from the time that homo sapiens could think. In those times, about ten or more million years ago, reality was defined as what the bare human senses could perceive. For him, Copernicus, the American artist, those days were over. The subatomic is the king; the subatomic holds the keys to the search for reality. In 2001, Guayaquil, Ecuador, with 4 Ecuadorian musicians, Copernicus records an album in Spanish and English calledLa Eternidad Inmediata and Immediate Eternity. He releases the Spanish album in South America. In 2003, the band performs 25 concerts in Ecuador and returns to the studio. They record the album again in Spanish. Then, Copernicus puts a French vocals on top of the already recorded music. He calls the album L'Étérnité Immédiate II. Art is for telling the Truth of the artist. Telling the Truth in French is a major incentive for the student Copernicus as he reaches into a culture that he has admired all of his life. For Copernicus, L'Étérnité Immédiate II is the best of all of his ten albums. He paints the philosophical problem - living in illusion; he shows the way out of the problem - taking on subatomic consciousness, and being a visionary, he paints a possible human suicidal outcome of not fixing the horrendous philosophical problem. Releasing an album in another language other than English - in this case in French - Copernicus expresses the clear vision he holds for the humanity.
