Lofi Skate Bear

You need a d6 and to open beepbox.co. You don’t need any experience composing music or ever having used beepbox before. Play is the goal, no pressure just vibes.

This game was inspired by a couple of typos on bluesky when talking about Chris Bissette’s new album ‘Never Another You’, which you should get right now! 

It was also inspired by  my desire to get back into making music in new ways, using beepbox being one of them! Free online  synths/production programs will always have limitations but there is a lot you can do, and so many different kinds of music. The track I made with this game felt very much like the video game music of an old Gameboy game where you’re wandering around exploring. Changing a setting switched it from that to a boss fight reprise! So I cut the versions together after playing and included it here in the downloads, enjoy the first song I ever composed and enjoy the game!

Update 8. March 2026: for some reason the itch page is glitching and not showing the price as well as saying the game is unavailable. I don’t have any communication yet from itch on why this is and I’m figuring it out 🫡
