The approval vote for PP was pretty rigged. It was held at a convention in Calgary where you had to pay to get in. But I wouldn’t take the leadership review polling number too seriously.
If that’s how they run their leadership election why should any Canadian that believes in democracy put them in charge of one?
That argument makes sense but look at polling voters. This is not just con members:
Among 2025 Conservative voters, his net favourability is +70. Among Liberal voters, it is -70. Among NDP voters, it is -74.
