Ah the Howard era immigration policy.
Make a media spectacle about asylum seekers. Meanwhile Howard cranked immigration to record levels for the time in an effort to lower wages, union power and increase real estate value.
The liberal party donors will not accept lower immigration. Graphs must go up.
Question is, how short is the electorate’s memory on this.

Any genz out there I suggest looking at divorce statistics before getting too in to the idea of kids / marriage / long term relationships.

Oh no first the beans, then they will inevitably come for the toilet paper.

There are a few different levers the government could pull to lower house prices.
Could being the key word.
They don’t and won’t until there are more renters than owners voting.

I see they have cost of living. But does it take in to account earning potential?
I know it varies with industry but there is no way I could afford to live in Sydney or Auckland. I’ve had LinkedIn pimps offering roles there and I tell them it better come with free accommodation or I’m not interested.

This is surely not going to please the liberal party’s masters / corporate donors.
Would be a quite surprised if the party did a 180 turn and started putting the majority of voters ahead of their corporate donors interests.

It’s fine as audio only.
I spend 40 minutes most days of the week commuting via bike where I can listen to things but not read.

I used to live in maylands and ride along the river to the city. That is one of the nicest commutes in Perth as you are so far from cars. South of the river now but still a fairly good ride.
Worst bit is still the middle of the CBD. Always feel like you are dicing with death because Phil from accounting needs to drive his bull barred dual cab to his office job.

This morning the Graham farmer free way in Perth was as clogged as ever with people who will claim they are justified and there is no alternative.
I witnessed this from the bike path that runs adjacent before anyone comes at me. I was hardly riding quickly and I was moving faster than the climate change deniers.
My office building’s basement car park still full of gigantic child fucker mobiles that middle managers claim they need to drive in to the city to work at their desk.
Yeah good luck with anyone thinking of anyone but them self.

Perth, Australia.
Fuel is expensive, but still available.
Some rural areas have been running out.
Main thing the world is short of is fast moving lead in an orange turds head.
Thank you so much for this!
App looks and feels better. No more erratic scaling or gesture behaviour.

I swear that began when fuel watch was implemented.
None the less I like the fuel watch system. Before that it was a clown show.

I store the projects next to my collection of hobbies that are too numerous to be able to dedicate the time which they deserve.

Everything Beyonce has done.

This would get chucked in the things their corporate donors won’t approve of basket and forgotten about.

This energy crisis is already the product of white people.

Who is this “we” who is going to take ownership of this?
The neo con govt that jumps when any industry sneezes?
The energy companies themselves going to do it because they are all about doing what’s right for the country / consumer / anything other than profits?

Jane Hume doesn’t support WFH.
Did they misquote her or was she dropped on her head as a child?
But it doesn’t help small businesses. It certainly doesn’t help the truckers and the fishers and the farmers and the manufacturers and the miners that are relying on fuel supply.
Actually encouraging or dare I say mandating WFH for office drones would help those who can’t WFH as it reduces demand for fuel.
What is this 7 food groups? Legumes and nuts? Starchy staples?
Seems like slop complete with begging to install some app.
