That was obvious. What I meant is it’s weird people don’t morph his name for the sake of mocking him. The guy is obviously very sensitive to his appearance (look at his eye lashes, lol), so name morphing is an obvious bullying. I thought that’s universal among cultures to morph names to sound silly. I’m against bullying (of kids and regular people), but the idiots in the current US administration are an obvious bullying target, especially when we ‘enjoy’ (not really, frankly) the show outside the US.
Especially giving all you need is to call him DJ instead of JD. It looks like disc jockey is his profession, which is a serious downgrade from vice president. With all the respect to all real disk jockeys out there, vice president of the US is quite a position of power. Even when it’s a complete loser clown on that position.
I’m coming from a culture where people never use initials to seriously name anyone in any situation, so DJ Trump is simply not a thing. He’s just Donald Trump, or just Trump. So it’s never pronounced this way. It’s only the written form you may find it.
D. J. are Trump’s first two initials. It’s not calling him a “disk jockey”. It’s literally from his name.
