dump_kubernetes.sh is a tool provided with Istio to collect data from Kubernetes
clusters to create a cluster state archive you can provide with bug reports.
For command line syntax and options, run dump_kubernetes.sh --help

You can find dump_kubernetes.sh the following directory:
$APIGEE_HELM_CHARTS_HOME/apigee-operator/etc/tools/
