Return Policy

If your DOSE JUICE orders arrive lost, damaged, or incomplete, contact us immediately. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a refund or send a replacement. In cases of damage, we may ask for photos to help with our investigation.

Our team will respond with a decision and explain the outcome. If your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 3 business days, and replacement shipments are sent within 5 business days. If your package appears tampered with, do not accept it. Please dispose of any compromised product rather than returning it to us.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” purchases. Refunds are only granted if there is clear evidence of an error on our part.

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
