Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item must be in its original condition, which is subject to review by Duckhook before refund is issued.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom orders, we want you to love your creation so please reach out if you have any concerns.
