Happy Halloween

What a week I have had...my Instagram account hacked by some very nasty people...Why I ask myself but there we are it took nearly a whole day to get the account closed....the fridge went on the blink and just as my weekend visitors arrived my oven stopped getting hot...oh joy....well at least I have had my 3 disasters.....
I did get time to make a couple of Halloween candy containers for the kids over the road....

they were very relaxing to make using the Tonic die set.....
I hope to be back to normal next week and I am sorry that I Haven't been round all your blogs this week, it really has been a horrid one......

making Halloween cards....

this year everyone is getting the same card design ......

the background paper is from a tattered lace CD Haunted House....the witch and cat are both Tim Holtz dies and the cauldron is from Tonic.....just the sweetie boxes to make now,only 3 to make this year..........

trick or treat...

we don't get a lot of callers here as we are in a tiny little close of 9 houses and the trend these days seems to be to have Halloween parties either at the school or at friends houses.....I just do a couple of treat boxes for the children over the road....

I made these with the Tonic treat box...Tonic haunted house insert and tonic sentiments....
a bit of fun and chocolate.....

the last of my Halloween makes...

I found a couple of freebie papers from Bearly mine designs that I Had downloaded and they were just perfect for my card....

its the most amazing image for backing paper...sadly I dont think that the firm exists anymore she had to close because of the new VAT rules...a great shame as she did some fabulous papers...many of which I purchased as digi sets and often use...
the paper only needed a couple of die cut additions ...Tim Holtz Witchcraft...and Fright...the bats and treat boxes are Tonic...
I am finished now ...I think....

More Halloween Makes...

the second set I have made are not scary....the children these are for are only 4 and 5 so I thought these would be perfect....with chocolate of course

the cards are made using the Tim Holtz Pumpkinhead stamps...spiders web die and the spiders are tonic...
and the treat boxes I cut on my scan and cut

I hope they aren't too scary...anyway they will be more interested in the chocolates...

starting my Halloween makes

I dont really do Halloween but I like to make things for my great nieces...the children across the road and this year we will be with friends in Hay for Halloween so a couple more children to do treat boxes for....
this is the first set....

the card is one cut on my scan and cut ...with Tim Holtz Haunted house and the cats from the witchcraft die set....spiders and sentiments are from Tonic

these are made using the tonic halloween treat box die set...
Its a beautiful sunny day here but very windy so I started the day off baking muffins to use up some rather ripe bananas...the house smells lovely...hope you are enjoying your day whatever you are doing.....

more Halloween treat boxes...

I decided to have a go at more of the SGV files I had bought from myscrapchick.....this time I ended up scanning in the adobe files and cutting on my scan and cut....the sgv came out too small

just added some googly eyes and lots of chocolates....
this girl is having way too much fun!

a halloween card....

while I was making the treat boxes I thought I would make a card to go along with them....free SVG files from Birdscard....

I really had such fun with these files.....as you can see the whole thing has been sprayed with crafters companion iridescent spray and it looks really spooky....

starting my Halloween stuff.....

funny how the kids enjoy this .....do you think it has anything to do with sweets?....my two great nieces love dressing up and going out trick or treating so I thought I would do some treatboxes...

out with my scan and cut and some SGV files from myscrapchick...the dollar sale was on so I bought a few.....filled them with chocolate eyes.....mummmmmm
I have to say these were so much fun to make......
