Hello I’m Emma Hicks a Catholic, coffee lover, who enjoys documenting stories through photography! I know how important it is to hold close to moments in time. I started taking pictures when I was 14 years old I am now 23 and still as excited as ever! Before Kansas I was and always be an Iowa girl! When I graduated high school I spent some time in a cloistered convent discerning my vocation with Passionist nuns. After some prayer I realized I was not being
called to religious life. Shortly after my stay with the sisters I met my best friend and now husband, Isaac. I then moved to Kansas while he went to college in Nebraska. June 1st, 2024 we said “I do”. In all of it I hold close to photos. I know how
gently they can hold our most sacred moments. How it’s not something to take for granted. When asked the question “who are you?” it’s through Christ and photos we often find
the answer.
