I never thought I’d say this, but our HOA and HOA president is sick AF. This little old lady don’t give a fuck about the normal HOA shit. Semi truck parked in the driveway? Whatever. Grass getting 2ft long? doesn’t matter unless the city sends a registered letter. HOA dues are like $25/year so the planter in the front of the neighborhood can get replaced 3 times a year.
Has your municipality changed their water source? You know, like Flint Michigan did years ago?

3·5 days agoIdk about that. Electric cars have been half the price to drive and people still buy gas cars due to the ‘inconvenience’ of long charge times on road trips.
Raid 6 takes longer to rebuild but not twice as long, more like 45-50% longer. And raid 5 can’t tolerate another drive failure during the rebuild. With new drives I do use raid 5 (z1), but with used drives I’d want that extra assurance.
