3·1 day agoGIMP has improved but 3.2 still lacks alpha masks on nondestructive filter layers. That is a showstopper for me. Krita has a functioning nondestructive workflow but GIMP has better filters.
Affinity is a commercial tool that gets you 90% to Ps. GIMP isn’t in the same league and neither is Krita for photo editing. If you want to paint though, Krita is fantastic.

3·2 days agoA lot of people buy new cars with dealer financing at perhaps the worst interest rate possible, for a car that will lose 10%-15% of its value the moment the contract is signed and the vehicle is driven off the dealership’s lot.

NASA’s problem is that their goals get derailed every time the executive changes hands, so they serve no strategic purpose. The moonbase idea is idiotic. Getting bots out to explore asteroids for potential mining is not. NASA should be building the infrastructure for that.

She may dress conservatively and act prim and proper, but behind closed doors librarians can get freaky!
I find ebooks from the library to be very useful.
Not good just the same. Hacking readers’ computers via a capta exploit is some next level nefarious shit above and beyond changing archived text.
Both violate users’ trust though. I had no idea about this.
