Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for women who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control as they move through 2026. It’s especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or frustrated that good intentions don’t always translate into lasting change.

Do I need any prior experience with hypnotherapy, coaching, or nutrition workshops?

No experience is needed at all. Everything is guided and accessible. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are, no preparation required. Simply wear some comfortable clothes.

What if I struggle to relax or “switch off”?

That’s completely okay and very common. You don’t need to know how to relax for this to work. The hypnotherapy and breathing techniques are designed to gently guide your nervous system into calm, even if your mind is busy.

Will I be asked to share personal information or speak in front of the group?

No. This is a supportive, non-pressure environment. Sharing is always optional, and you are welcome to participate quietly and privately throughout the workshop.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. Comfortable clothing is recommended. If you like, you can bring a notebook and pen to jot down reflections or insights, but it’s not essential. We recommend also to bring a bottle of water. There will be some snacks and tea as well.

Is it more practical or reflective?

It’s a bit of both. You’ll experience deep relaxation and some reflection, while also leaving with practical tools, simple strategies, and one clear action you can take forward into your daily life.

Will this workshop help if I’ve tried goal setting or self-development before and struggled?

Yes. This workshop takes a nervous-system and mind-body approach, rather than relying on willpower or pushing harder. It meets you where you are and helps you create change that feels sustainable and realistic.
