I always appreciate the art that leans more into the punk side of cyberpunk rather than just the high-tech side. Also, this guy seems to have a lot of art with that aesthetic.

Why exactly is this style named “punk”? It’s just about screaming aesthetics or punk art really has been like that in the 80s?
It’s not related to punk art (as far as I know) but to the rebellious and anti system ideals of the punk movement.
