I’m from the USA, and I’ve never heard of this company before.
Sysco basically provides all the food to nearly every restaurant, cafe, deli in the US. They have a near total monopoly in this market.

Still I’ve never heard of them, probably because I’ve never eaten any of those sorts of foods before. Half I’m allergic to, half are just too spicy for me.
If you ever eaten in a restaurant, you have eaten food from Sysco.
