Hi everyone! I’ve recently got some really good matcha powder straight from Japan, and want to give matcha ice cream a go! Here’s my recipe go-to vanilla recipe- any advice as to how much matcha to add, and what to keep in mind when making matcha ice cream? Thanks!
Heavy Cream- 300ml
Milk- 300ml
Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
Egg yolks- 2-3 (depends on size of egg)
Brown Sugar- 110g
Salt - a good pinch
