That’s not wholly true. You have a right to quiet enjoyment of your property. So yes they can work on their vehicles for a limited time, but they can’t run vehicles from 8 am to 10 pm or whatever the rules are. But finding the balance of rights is going to be hell. It’s either negotiated or litigated. And it sounds like the negotiations aren’t going well.

I’m suggesting that any company that has a robot that does this is in deep fucking trouble. They should pull an Allbirds and do an AI pump and dump because they are far behind the market.
Because the laws of the Caymans allow corporations to keep owners and directors secret. So once money hits the Caymans it becomes nearly impossible to trace.

The video I linked I shows the Intree robot running at 10 m/s…that’s a sub 3 minute mile. Anything so janky that there is a stretcher sitting by the starting line is either staged or generated. No company that is serious about the field is going to show themselves as being slthat far behind their competitors.

Usually yes, there is some socializing. There are situations such as in sex clubs or similar situations where there is minimal communication. Allegedly in Berghein there is a room that is pitch black and you enter wearing nothing but socks. In those cases it is just about sex.
I missed the sub when I replied, apologies. All of that is OK too. There are times when I don’t feel like sex and I have declined partners and strangers. It works for some of us and not for others. I don’t like soup either. It’s not a preference, I just don’t. Don’t feel bad for how you are.
It can be fun, and a great boost to the ego to know you are desirable. It can sometimes be easier to be open with a stranger knowing that you will probably never see them again. People do this kind of thing on holiday all the time, relax and maybe try something a little new.
I honestly wish she’d speak up using a normal voice and let the listener control the volume. Mic the canvas if the sound of application is important. The painting was nice but the sound drove me away.

I’m 60. I’m not sure I could get another job using my own advice either.
I am working with several people trying to break into my field and it’s almost impossible. Mostly because it’s a bit of niche field, and almost everyone in it has decades of experience.
It’s considered a second entry profession so most people did something else first. There are now diplomas and certifications for young people interested in the field. As a profession we talk about how to ladder younger people in, but struggle with what entry level looks like. A few years work experience and a professional certification just doesn’t stack up in an interview against a few decades of experience.
