I have also had issues with type C connection reliability, but every single time so far it has been an issue with the cable. I thought that the port on my phone of 4+ years was dying, the connection felt loose and it would charge unreliably, but changing out the cable has completely removed all issues.

You can download an app called StreetComplete that makes it very easy to do little edits such as marking whether a bus stop has a bench and what material the sidewalk is made of. It’s also available on FDroid!

You can use something like Proton mail or Tuta (among others) with a custom domain pretty easily. All you need to do is add a couple DNS records to the domain on the registrar’s admin page. Both of the services I mentioned have detailed step by step instructions on how to do this.
