We have this very big baby right now, that was trying to look so scary to me. From the second it heard the door open, it started snapping its beak, and puffing up, and making attack gestures…

But every time it blinked at me, it had the cutest and most delicate eye lashes ever. 😍

I appreciate the effort you’re putting in to be a brave and strong owl, little one, but you are just too dang cute no matter how much anger you are trying to portray!

It ate really well though, so this is the first owl I’ve actually seen eat willingly in person. It gobbled up 4 mice just like that. Usually the wild owls are too skittish to eat while I’m around.

She was excited to get a piece of prime real estate, only to find out it was a tourist photo hot spot and now everyday a bunch of randos are running around taking pictures. 😖

I also display my majesty this way. 😁

I think Bermuda and Greece actively have owl coins in circulation, and I’m sure there’s more.

I’m tempted to pick up some just for fun, but then I tell myself I already have enough stuff that just lies about. Looking at photos is almost as good and takes up no space or money. 🤪
