3DPrinting@lemmy.world•Banding / Striping with SILK PLA FilamentEnglish
2·11 months agoThough I’ve never encountered this I have heard that it can be caused by the fillament twisting on its way to the extruder. Maybe try makeing sure the fillament doesn’t make any really twisty turns. Edit: ah wait I thought this was dual extrusion filement, nevermind
There is actually a scene just like this in BNA. I’ll have to find the screenshot after work
That being said if said team really needs the stuff, they can kill your logged off body ark survival evolved style

Steam Hardware@sopuli.xyz•Reminder if you're leaving Discord for this Revolt server ( Linux + Steam Deck devs / creators)
10·1 year agoI was also looking into ts6, but the lack of an updated mobile app was the dealbreaker for us there. (Unless there is one that I somehow missed)

Steam Hardware@sopuli.xyz•Reminder if you're leaving Discord for this Revolt server ( Linux + Steam Deck devs / creators)
17·1 year agoHow does revolt work on the day to day. I tried making a server there to test it, but couldn’t even join a voice call. Also does it have screensharing yet? My friend group uses that pretty regularly.
100% ai, the model to do this came out months ago. But at the time people mostly used it to spell words using cats

5·1 year agoFish in a Birdcage is one of my alltime favorites. Great for relaxed listening and tends to have really good stories in the songs as well.

2·1 year agoI am also interested in the open source sdk they claim it will have. I’ve been wanting to build an openbook for ages, but sourcing the pannel has proved pretty much impossible. This might wind up being the next best thing

Technology@beehaw.org•Reddit seems to analyze images with an Ai to index words found in it
37·1 year agoNot an expert in it, but this isn’t necessarily AI, it could be good ol’ image text recognition that has existed for years now.
I do but that is because I use RSS feeds and heavily curate what I get (think new scientific papers, animation news, and DIY stuff) those articals are almost always interesting enough to get me to read them in entirety. Politics on the other hand… I check in maybe once a month to see what is going on. If something huge happens I’m sure I will find out from my coworkers quick enough.
