I think that at this point they are more of a zombie company than anything else.
Nothing inovative or revolutionary and overpriced for normal people. Even professional teams don’t use their components. Only some posh people stuck with them just for the brand name and their business isn’t set up for it.
They had the first 2x13 groupset, and both Team Cofidis and Team Skyline do use their components.
But yeah, Campagnolo is costly, but maybe it’s the cost for keeping an industry within the European Union?
